My thanks to Mike for his patience in having to deal with me and the rest of us IT illiterates!!!

I wish i'd have heard of or met Mike at Apollo a lot sooner than 3 or 4 years ago. Apart from eating all my chocolate biscuits when he visits, he's been brilliant at sorting out the problems i've encountered.

Using him remotely saves on the biscuit front and is as efficient as when he visits. Quick remedies and reasonable costs make Apollo worthy of recommendation to anyone facing a seemingly impossible IT problem
