Charges in effect from 1 September 2011

On-Site Support

· The standard hourly on-site charge is £49.00 with a minimum charge of one hour. All subsequent hours of a call-out are charged pro-rata in quarter of an hour increments.

· Where the client’s office/residence is over five miles from Dartmouth, on-site visits will incur a minimum 1 ½ hr charge of £73.50. For sites that are over 20 miles from Dartmouth, there will be an individually assessed call-out charge, agreed prior to the visit.

Remote Access Support

· There will be a minimum charge of ½ hr charge of £24.50, after which time the charges will be pro-rata at our normal hourly rate in quarter of an hour increments.

Workshop Services

· There is an unconditional minimum £24.50 charge. This includes the first half hour, after which time the charges will be pro-rata at our normal hourly rate for every further 15 minutes.

Telephone Support

· No charge if the call is only a few minutes otherwise the charges will be pro-rata at our normal hourly rate based on 15 minute periods with a minimum charge of £15.00.

Daily Support

· The rate for a full day’s support is £400 per day, £200 for half a day.

Weekend Working

· This will only be by prior arrangement. Bookings will be by the half day or whole day, and will be charged at £300 or £600 respectively.

Written Reports

· Requests for specific written reports, including technical documents, professional letters for insurance claims etc., will incur a minimum ½ hr charge of £24.50.

Bank Holiday Support

· The office is closed on Bank Holidays. However, there will be an emergency cover engineer on standby should the need arise for which there will be a 50% surcharge on any support charges.

Customer Cancellations

· We reserve the right to charge for any customer cancellation where we have not been given sufficient notice of such a cancellation and our engineer has already left for the call-out. (Note: Our engineers are not contactable if they are en route.) This charge will be a flat fee of £25.00, except where the client’s office/residence is over 20 miles from Dartmouth, when an additional charge of £40.00 will be added to cover the travel.
